Open Innovation 開放創新平台案例

Open Innovation 開放創新、平台戰略、Eco-System 生態圈、開放社群…..共通點是什麼?那就是 CONNECT 連結。所以,大陸的「互聯網+」已及台灣正在推動的「DIGI+ 數位國家創新經濟」方案,一定都要有個 「+」。

然而,傳統上,台商一直都是「供應鏈思維」,以為只要擠進某一大廠的 Supply Chain 中,就可以從此高枕無憂,等著股價天天創新高,從來就不太會玩這個「+」的遊戲,可惜,這些風光都已是過去式了。一個現代化企業,如果沒有辦法運用開放平台的商業模式,建立起一種全新的生態系或是平台戰略,很快就會在歷史的潮流中灰飛煙滅。台灣很多企業,說穿了,真的都不擅長創造「開放式創新」的競爭優勢,一代拳王匆匆落幕的戲碼比比皆是。

開放創新平台,除了書上常談的 P&G、3M、LEGO、GE…之外,還有什麼值得參考的呢?其實在 Board of Innovation 網站上整理了不少開放創新平台的案例,包含有科學類、設計類、軟體類、人力資源類….等等,有興趣的朋友可以參考一下。等我比較有時間,應該可以陸續撰文介紹其中幾個比較具有特色的案例…..
